Default Torque setting wheels and adapters

What should I torque 2" adapters to against the hub? What about the wheel lugs? Normally I set wheel lug to "UUUHHH". I use my very calibrated elbow and 4-way. I'm switching to an 18" rim with adapters because I couldn't get the proper backspacing in the rim I bought, so I need the adapter. Thought I should try and do it right for a change.

Who's adapters and don't they give a value
Normally (if there is such a thing) it would be the same as whatever the wheel would be (I'd go on the higher side) so 70-80 type of thing. Loctite wouldn't be a bad idea

Don’t ever rely on German Torque - “Guten Tite”. I always use a calibrated torque wrench - typically in the 80-90 ft-lb range, depending on the manufacturer. No need for loc-tite. Put the wheels on, torque to 80, drive the car for a few miles and recheck to see if any loss in torque value. To gain more confidence, check the torque periodically and monitor for torquing value loss. Not likely to happen but you’ll sleep better knowing a wheel is not going to fall off.

Clean hub, torque the adapter to hub same as you would your wheel, pull wheel off and re-torque after 100ish miles just like a new wheel. For the adapter studs they should have their strength on the heads, so even if they don't say in the instructions you can look it up for the size. I have one right on my shelf next to me that is 12x1.5 and the studs are 10.9
