Default Best headers with stock side pipes

Looking for headers for my 69 vette with stock side pipes. Thinking I want 3/4 headers but open to suggestions. Just to make it more interesting or difficult I also have old school 202 angle plug heads.

HEdman makes headers for big block and small block. They say they are not for angle plug heads, but I used a marine 1/2" spacer on my small block that eliminated the need to massage the headers at the spark plugs but I still had to massage them at the steering box and the steering stabilizer. I bought the ceramic coated ones and they stayed cool and I didnt notice a cabin temperature increase. Luckily the dents were small and the ceramic coating didnt chip. I had to cut the stock side exhaust off and reweld the new ends on for the collectors. I have a newer set for my big block now that my plan is to massage them and then have them ceramic coated afterward so they have a better chance not to chip.

spacer

massaged area

plenty of plug room

massaged areas

I had to cut the 90 degree angle t open it up a few degrees for better alignment. Then patched it

final mount before the covers went on

Thanks for responding. I have rack and pinion steering so all I'll have to do is make sure the plugs clear.

So it looks like they have as much clearance as the side pipes and don't come in contact with any part of the body?

I have the Big Block versions on my 69. They needed no massaging. There were no clearance issues anywhere. My car does not have power steering
