It's not hard to do but I don't have a reference to give you. Or, as I did, just start sizing up how the system works and you should see how its adjusted.

I didn't watch that video but I never removed anything except the plastic headlight trim piece. I also unlocked the locking mechanism to manually move the headlight assembly by hand.
