I’ve found that the speed direct site for these is not working, , , so, asking, where are you guys purchasing yours from, and finding them in stock? Thanks for your direction
Thanks for that. Must be regional issues with the site, as it’s not working for me. I’m not locked into there product, just seems most posts on here point to this brand. Was starting my shopping, thanks ,
If you can weld or have it welded, Classic Aircraft & Auto makes a high quality spreader bar.
I am a welder by trade,, 41yrs,, was going to fab my rear strut bars, but found it cheaper to buy them than buy the ends.
But I will look at the priceing at Classic Air&Auto. Thanks for the tip. I'm all about fabing my own stuff, really not difficult for me. I do most of the weld-fab for most of my hot rod buddy's, and others. Actually just did some R&D fab work for Church Boys Chevy II steering rack system, as they are VERY busy with work right now. Appreciate the info,

I actually just finish installing mine about 10 minutes ago. Less than $60. 19.5 swedged aluminum tube and RH and LH 5/8 Heims from amazon (links below). Couple 5/8"x2" bolts from Lowes. And some 1.5" angle iron I found in the corner of the garage.
Tube:
Not a perfect solution since the bolt isn't supported on both side. Puts a bit of bending moment on the bolt instead of pure shear. But I don't think it will be an issue with the size of the 5/8" bolt and 1.5" angle iron.
