Kickdown Cable?
Does a TH350 require a kickdown cable? From what I read on the holley ultra street avenger manual it says the kickdown is only necessary for the TH200/TH400 but not for TH350. But doing some online research I see a bunch of sites and youtube vids showing installation of a kickdown cable/bracket on a TH350.

The TH350 uses a kickdown cable attached to the lower extension of the throttle lever - the kickdown will not operate without it. The TH400 does not have a kickdown cable - it uses an electrical switch on the throttle linkeage or gas pedal.

So I guess I was missing it all along. My previous carb only had a throttle cable connected to it and now so does the new one.
that means I have no passing gear at wot correct?
