it’s likely that only 2 additional ducts support my engine’s intake needs because I’m not operating at sea level and the engine is simply unable to draw enough air to overwhelm the intake volume I have.
Air density has to do with humidity and barometric pressure also. The reason I talk about the intake temps is simply because that one is the within our control on a normally aspirated engine.
some pressure could be added if you had a CAI system that took advantage of ram air. Of course only at higher speeds.
