I need to replace my failed compressor clutch bearing. Where does one buy the disposable locking washers for the compressor pulley rim mounting screws? Isn't the locking nut on the front of the compressor clutch also 1 time use? My original washers might be re-usable but I am not sure if they broke the pulley rim loose or if the pulley rim was loose because the bearing died first. I would rather just get some new ones....
If my memory serves, the clutch plate on the front of the compressor has a lock nut. Remove that nut, then a puller to remove the clutch plate. Then there is a snap ring that holds the pulley bearing. The front seal can also be removed without removing the pulley with a tool that locks into it.
The lock washers you speak of has me at a loss. I don't recall them.

The pulley rim is held on by 6 mounting screws that tighten down these weird bent up washer things.
