Does anyone make an good quality emissions decal that doesn’t peel up in the corners?

If you are happy with the quality of the rest…use adhesion promoter prior to sticking..

Before applying the decal are you using a solvent to remove dirt, oil, etc.?

there was no dirt, oil, etc. was on a freshly painted panel. This decal I have seems stiffer than the vinyl decals I’m used to.

No. And neither did GM's original stickers. As mentioned, if you want better adhesion, start with better adhesive.

I recently purchased one off of ebay, it was slightly larger than original. I had to trim it to fit. really not happy with it. Doc Rebuild is a great suggestion. However doesn't seem like he's running. any place else?

Original, factory installed label. I suppose I'm lucky that it's just the left upper corner that's lifting. Other than that one corner, it looks pretty good.

Ive had the same issues with this and asked on the forum. someone suggested use contact cement.
so i placed the decal on the firewall without removing the backing and taped around the edge of it so i can mask of the area to apply the glue.
i spread on a thin coat of cement. let it almost dry and removed the tape. then i removevd the backing on the decal and placed it on the cement.(you can also put cement on the decal)
its been pretty solid for a year now.
