What exactly is meant by the following sentence in the AIM pg H157 #5 that reads “turn adjusting screw (G) so front and rear inner nylon pads are in light contact with wedges”.
Is this performed with the window up?
Are these nylon pads on the window and referred to as fasteners on the window diagram?
Where are these wedges?
I have the windows installed and pretty close to the original fit, just wondering what the screw G adjusts.

I looked on my AIM and it might be an anti rattle thing on the late 68 cars. I dont know if Mine even has those wedges they refer to. I know I adjusted my windows as best I could but I dont remember adjusting any wedges. Mine is First week of Oct 67 car
My windows do move in and out a bit with some good inch pounds pressing on the window with the door open, might say they rattle a tiny bit wihen they are down or up and not closed......

Good to hear from you. Mines a Sept 67 build. I think that screw G adjust the in/out of the top of the window when up. I have to play around with it a little more tomorrow.
