Default Hi/Low Beam Function/Wiring

I believe the high/low beam functionality on my 72 outer lights is wired backwards - the middle two high beam lights come on properly with the high beam switch, but the outer lights dim when the highs come on. The outer lamps should be brighter when highs are on, correct? I've seen a couple different diagrams online with tan/green/black wires in different locations. Does anyone have a photo of what the lamp wires/connector needs to look like, or a proper schematic?

The outside lights are duel element.
On a Philips duel beam light the wattage is 35/35 where on the High beam single element light is 50 watts so the outside lights may not look as bright when high beams are selected.

Matched my wiring to your diagram and is working properly. Thanks a lot for your help.
