The "386" was used from May '68 thru Dec '68. The "618" blocks were probably used for a few months from Dec '68 thru April '69. The "010" was used from April '69 for about a decade after that.
There was also a"388" block used from April '68 to Sept '69 in several applications but useage was not consistent.
