Exhaust Fitment??
My ‘74 L82 4spd. came (to me) with a 2” exhaust. Ugh. I decided a while ago I wanted to go with an Allen’s SS chambered kit. 2 1/2 inch and side pipe sound. Perfect. I dragged my feet while tending to other car needs and now Allen’s is apparently out of business. I’ve been hunting for one on the secondary market. Found one, SB, manual - but only good through ‘72? What would be different between my ‘74 and a ‘72 that this kit would not fit?

Not sure what exhaust kit you are talking about, but I got mine from CorvetteCentral. Ive heard nothing but good things about fitment and quality. Mine went on my 79 easily. 2 1/2 in true duals with shorty headers. They have different kits for different years, i’d imagine they have one for your 74.
