Aftermarket traction/launch control?
Whatever the correct terminology is for the tech that modern cars have that will accelerate only up to the grip threshold of the tires - is there something like that you can install on a carbureted C3 or any car for that matter that doesn't have it and that actually works?

Ck out the drag race applications like FAST, Holley, Big Stuff etc etc. They all have traction control systems the bad boys run.
