The cam is bigger than a L88/ZL1 cam by 8 and 10 degrees and .100 lift.
It's a drag race piece, or a race boat.
1500 rpm idle, and very rough there. An 850 is not really even big enough.
Very old school. But bottom end / short block may be very tough.
With new style heads, new cam & pistons, it could be a relatively cheap / streetable high rpm 550HP street motor.
I am sure you will put 5k in it to do it right, but that is still a lot less than the 13k I have in my LS6.
My 500 HP motor could have easily been 580 with a different more modern parts selection. But I wanted the correct 70s old school parts. That cost me me the last 80HP, most of it is in the lousy exhaust ports of the old oem rect port heads! The new stuff really is that much better.
Go AFR oval port heads and don't look back!

Well now you made me go look closer! I got in close enough on the front part of crank to see it's forged. I agree....good solid stuff and near bulletproof.
