I have low speed and high speed...yeeeaaah!!!!!! I have taken the wiper switch out of dash three times...when doing continuity test it all checks good...when you push the switch in the tester beeps meaning it is correct...when I put the switch back in dash the washer pump won't accuate when I push the button in..I even ran a wire from the dark blue wire on switch directly to the dark blue wire on washer pump it still won't come on...if I run a ground wire to the washer pump blue wire it comes on...does that mean something not right with switch?a

If the 2 speeds and park work from the switch, then the pump feature should work. Can you post a pic of how you have the connector plugged to the switch? You need to do thee same test from the plug to the other end of the blue wire to see if the wire is broken. Or your ground isnt strong enough on the switch. Also loook at theswitch and see if the little gound tab that appears to come from the inside of the switch to the case is there.
And keep replying to this thread until its fixed. If you keep starting new threads then whoever is trying to help you may not see the new thread and you wont get the help you need
I tested the switch three different times...the plug is not backwards because everything else works..also ran a ground wire from screw on switch to frame..to test the blue wire, I ran a thick ground wire straight from back of plug to the blue wire at pump...supprisingly it still didn't actuate pump..if I run a ground wire from the frame somewhere and touch the blue wire connector it actuates the washer pump.. ..sooo..everything works on motor and pump...haven't quite figured out my ground problem at switch...i'm getting close
Dah---DAh....got it...you won't believe it...the reproduced wiper button wasn't allowing the arm to go in far enough to make contact in switch...JUST AMAZING the minute things that can cause problems..thanks for your help...MALCOLM

check he horn relay and the connections under the horn button. Use a light or get a partner to hold the horn button down while you check for power at the horn itself. My horns were very weak and I found out they were packed with debris and mud wasp nests. Banged on them then blew out the dirt ....did work but not nearly loud enough to wake up the millennials texting on their phones
I took both horns off..both good..went back to relay..turns out had wrong relay..I don't remember where I got it...ordered correct relay from Ecklers today..will update later
