CKB was used from 72 to 74 not for Corvettes.
72 was an L65 used with Th400, 165 HP, 2bbl, A and B body.
73 was an L48, 4spd manual , 175 HP, F, A and X body.
74 was manual transmission 3 and 4 spd,185 HP, F and X body

I think I may have figured it out. The vin on the block is xxxx121210803. That would be 6th digit designates year 1972, 7th digit designates Canada, McKinnon Industries. Looks like it's an L65, (165 hp that had a 2bbl carb and turbo 400 trans).
The K03 24. K= McKinnon, 03=March and 24 = day. Probably came out of a Chevelle still trying to figure that out. MelWff, thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
