What they should have done when designing these spark boxes is put a switch on them to switch between single spark and multi spark. switch it to single spark and set your timing then flip it back to multi spark. although with so many multi spark boxes out there you would think somebody could make a dial back light that would work with them.

I just went on eBay found a Craftsman inductive strobe light like I had in the past and purchased it.
I’m sure it will work perfect.
