I have replaced all valves and motor the wiper door opens and closes only if I change the hoses bake and forth on regulater when all hoses are in correct positions it will not switch back and forth to open and close
Do your headlights operate as they should?
Can you post pics of what component you are moving the hoses on to test operation?
Sounds to me like your wiper door actuator isn't operating correctly or maybe not getting the proper signal from upstream. There is a "piston" inside the cylinder where the hoses connect and that isn't moving to open and close the ports as needed. You might try a couple drops of oil down the two end ports to ensure it slides smoothly.
Have you also inspected the couple of switches on the dash cluster? There are the two "emergency/manual" pull down switches (one headlights, one wipers) below the steering column and a wiper electrical / vacuum switch located on the back of the speedometer. (The counterpart to the headlight electrical / vacuum switch on the headlight pull ****.)
