Well after removing the steering column and putting it in a vice. the process of shortening the steering shaft went smoothly. Shortened by approx. two inches and then reinstalled the column for fine tuning to the exact length with the Bogensen steering box. I used the oem rag joint coupler section for the steering column shaft and the Borgeson coupler/rag joint supplied with the kit. Everything went together smoothly with allot of patience!! I will test drive it tomorrow!
