Well, this was a complete rear-end rebuild. The whole project took me about 4 months because my wife quit her job just after I got it all pulled apart. Funds were tight. Then I got a notice from the landlord in NY that they were moving back to Florida and we had to move. That kind of put priority on getting it back together to get it out of the garage. In actual time spent, probably about three weeks. I had the TA's rebuilt at a Van Steel which luckily for me is a local shop.
i remeber when we did my diff switch, i wanted to sand the new diff and paint it silver. then i also wanted to paint the spring and halfshafts. and the control arms and all the bolt.
then i remebered i wanted to drive the thing! still ugly down there. maybe when i swap trannies.
