Looks great! Did you take everything out to paint or did you do it from under the car? :steering:
This all started with a broken spring mount bolt. One of the four spring mount bolts sheared off in the differential carrier. Noticed the spring was too flat. Then found out the crossmember bushings were bad and the strut rods were bent (intentionally by Bubba to adjust camber). So, had to take the crossmember out and differential out. While disassembling, found out the shock mount bolt was stripped. Also found out the seal on one of the universals had broken. Then found out that Bubba had bent the trailing arms to align. SO........
I had the trailing arms fixed and re-built. Had the Diff inspected (it was OK) and had the broken bolt removed. They painted that up while they had it. Intalled new crossmember bushings. Installed new universals and painted the half shafts. Intalled slightly used and re-painted spring. Painted the brake calipers. Put the whole thing back with new hardware and VBP Smart Struts. Then installed new 2 1/2" dual exhaust.
Actually, The floor jack is not holding the car up. It was up on jack stands. That was just there for placement before I lowered the diff out.
If the floor is dull, it's from 23 years of grease, dirt and grime coming off the car. There were many days that I came walking in the house covered from head to toe in grease and grime. Now I just have to rebuild the front end

Been there. I rolled my lift outside and pressure cleaned the enitre underside of the car with the engine and tranny out. Then I painted it all with chassis black. Nastiest job I've EVER done. Took two weeks and I spent an hour everynight getting grease off of me. ICK. Your rear end turned out great though. That dosen't sound quite right........ :D
