There are nice iron heads out today that have the modern combustion chamber and can make plenty of power. Best thing is they are cheap.
I overlooked them myself til recently. You wont feel the difference in weight while youre driving.
Just another option although not a popular one

I think for a while about 10 years ago, World prod was making heads for Summitt and they were selling for about $700 complete. Pretty good heads except the cheap rocker studs were ****. I broke 2 and then just switched to ARP and no more problems

I had good luck with my cheap $300 iron eagles from craigslist complete with comp hardware and HS 1.5 RR's...
Then again I cant leave well enough alone and I'm in the process of replacing them with the cheap chinese castings blueprint sells and AFR uses for their "Enforcer" line. Politics aside they are great performing heads for the cost according to all the reviews and first hand experience Ive seen although I wouldnt buy them pre assembled and bolt them on unless they have been gone through by someone knowledgeable. I bought bare castings and used the experience to learn how to port and measure things such as spring height and I did have to have have the exhaust valve seats recut to work with the valves I bought. They are not going to break any records but they do have better performance numbers than the dart iron eagles I have now. Plus I had fun porting them.

Depending on compression ratio, the aluminum heads can give you an advantage over iron when it comes to resistance to pinging.

Maybe that's why the New set of Sportsman II heads that I got off ebay a few years back had no studs or guide plates. Was weird cause they were assembled but most include studs and guide plates. Only paid just over $700 for that set, a great deal considering the cost of them from most places. Still gotta port them someday.

Last set of Dart Iron Eagles I bought were supposed to be 72cc but poured out to be 68cc!!! Not even close. The pushrod holes had to be ground out just for clearance where they were too close on the intake port sides. Not real happy with that set.

New head design is pretty, but remind everyone that these heads will require welded guide plates. The valve spacing on the old heads was spread out just about as far apart as you could go (cheating) without going to a special 2 piece weld up guide plate. You definitely need the weld-up guide plates now. They do tell you that on the spec sheet but you need to dig to get that info.

If your talking chambers, then 4cc could be valves some have a dish. I've herd of some who bought 68c then measure 64cc with non-dish valves.

On another note I've used 2 or 3 piece guide plates and never welded them.
