Default Nominal water temp?

What should a normal average water temp. be for a '73 454 big block in say 80-90 degrees at say 60-70 mph?
Thanks

FWIW: 190-210 is the normal operating range.

I believe another way to look at it is.....if it's a stock system and everything is operating efficiently (good flowing radiator, shroud in place, all seals in place, good fan clutch, correct fan, good stat, etc.), the temp should be pretty close to the temp rating of the thermostat. BB '73? Nice!

The only way to be sure is to look at the one being currently used unless you have full maintenance records.
