Thanks. I did some ss braided work recently and did this method. Worked great and I'll be doing it some more. I was already using tape and cutoff wheel but using the flaring kit bracket made a big difference -- minimal SS spikes. Hell, if I wear out my harbor freight flaring tool bracket, and that would take quite a while, then I'll just get another one!
