Does anyone know if they are still in business ?.....Ordered a part ,which has not arrived yet ,early March ....Tried calling and I got put on hold ,with repeated Valentines Day Ads cycled through ...Thanks for ANY and all help....
Hi there! We are certainly still here! Yeah, our phone system hasn't been cooperating on getting those hold messages updated and is being worked on. Feel free to shoot us a private message with your name and address so I can look up your account and get you an update on your order. Or let me know your order number or even just the part number you're waiting on and I will gladly see what's going on for you! Sorry for the wait!

Its a sign of the times I think, manufacturing shortages and delays as well as shipping delays are the norm ad I feel they will be for a while on things that are slower selling items or items that are typically dropped shipped from manufacturers.
I ordered an L88 fiberglass hood intake from Eklers last spring around April and finally cancelled the order at the end of October when it became apparent there was no activity on the order after calling and being told they still had no ETA.. I then that day I ordered a set of Nitto tires for my truck from jegs that were backordered everywhere only to be told they were in fact backordered from Jegs also only their website didnt indicate that. Those tires came in early February.
Be glad you dont own a ram ecodiesel... According to those forums, there are 366 replacement engines on backorder right now because they have such a high failure rate and so many production issues with replacements. People have had their trucks sitting on dealer lots for months waiting for a new engine.
Its effecting all industries as im dealing with it on a weekly basis at work as well.
From: I tend to be leery of any guy who doesn't own a chainsaw or a handgun.

Is that the airbox that drops over the filter base? Or the entire hood?
I order from them all the time. Always great service. They are not a huge operation so give them a little leeway. I’ve not been dissatisfied with them over two years of service. These are one of the good ones IMHO.
