Pull hard, should come right off.
If it helps, use a needle nose pliers, one jaw outside of antenna case other on pinchwheel lever right by spring and pull that small wheel away from gear.

I have a drum break tool that is used to hold the hold down springs cap while you put on the spring that fits on the outside of the edge nicely. Did not want to pull too hard. I can pull the cable and move the part but it is very hard. Thanks for your help. Do you know how to add pictures to posts?
