Oil temperature switch

Default Oil temperature switch

Some of you know,but I replaced my stock heads with Edelbrocks and the oil temperature switch on the drivers side and Auxiliary fan cooling switch on the passenger side, I think,but I’ve unhooked my ccc box and of course no longer have the stock carburetor now have also Edelbrock so,no more wires to the carburetor,so,my question is should I plug these holes in the heads where these switches use to go,or can I just screw them back into my new heads and they would work. I’m assuming these switches are associated with the computer.

Why assume when you can check the wiring diagram? The aux fan switch, I'm pretty sure, is independent of the ECM, as it exists in 79 and 80 L82 applications. Dunno about the oil pressure switch.
