I much rather reuse a OEM part if I feel it's still useable then new aftermarket. I have a new pinion shaft along with other stuff coming today from Zip. I can only hope it will last. I asked in another thread who has good yokes and since no one could recommend any I'll reuse my yokes with the unworn harden surface that is the only part of the yoke that comes into contact with the pinion shaft. I see nothing wrong with your yokes that a file can't clean up. The folks on this forum love to change parts. Sometimes there's no need to and sometimes you're better leaving it alone. I know this is going to **** people off but sometimes the "well respected knowledgeable" folks here post things that leave me scratching my head. I'm no longer going to respond to this post.
And you are certainly entitled to your opinion sir.
