Quick Ignition coil ground question

Default Quick Ignition coil ground question
Does it matter which screw the ignition coil is grounded at? Drove the vette and it wasnt running right. Found I overtightened the ground strap screw for the ignition coil. It worked itself loose. Can I switch it to another screw while I find a new cap?

Actually, all four mounting screws are GRD.

It wouldn't hurt to wire wheel the paint off of one corner of the coil. That coating may not allow an excellent GRD.
