Do you need your specific calipers back for NCRS reasons?
Otherwise, just buy Lonestar rebuilds, and send your old ones back as cores. You can do this through a vendor, too, if you are assured of getting sleeved original Delco Moraine castings from Lonestar.
Do you need the original calipers back for NCRS reasons?
While CSSB Inc. makes great rebuild kits, I don't see that they do sleeving, (but I could be wrong). So pick up a set of Lonestar rebuilds using original Delco Moraine castings (not the new production ones). They are a wholesaler, so make sure whatever vendor you pick specifies the source.
For example, I have a set of these in my 79. Zip is in VA, but still not far from you.
Would like to have original caliper sleeved for there is a date code on there now. But thanks Bike space for the info!
I'd contact Lonestar directly, in that case. I seem to remember they provided that service, but I can't find a link. Their site is barely up, but has a phone number and an email.
