76 steering wheel on a 75?

76 steering wheel on a 75?
Does the 76 wheel have a hub setup like the 75 wheel or is it exactly like the GT wheels GM put in everything years ago. Not sure if the out cry over using the Vega wheel in a Corvette is still raging. Years ago this was and still is the wheel a lot of people put in their cars,any car.

I don't think it's easy to swap back and forth.
Here's a $200+ kit to go from 76 to 77-82.

Corvette Ben did a video on the conversion, "fixing" a 76 column, but you can see the challenges.
Perhaps you could work out a trade with @TheGleaner, he has 76 steering wheels on 77 columns in some farm tractors.
