Default Planning before replacing carpet

Just bought my first C3, a 1980. It was missing half the carpet when I got it. Doing research on what all to put down before laying the new carpet, and it seems I find threads with people talking up reflectix or similar for heat purposes, or CLD tiles, CCF and MLV for sound deadening purposes. I have a box of new carpet and jute pad that came with the car, ready to be installed. Planning on putting down CLD tiles from Knu, as I can tell there's a bit of resonance in the back at low RPMs.

I kind of want to take care of both heat and sound, but most of the threads I've seen picked one to prioritize.

Here's what I'm considering:
CLD, reflectix, jute, carpet.
CLD, CCF, MLV, carpet.
CLD, reflectix, MLV, carpet.
CLD, reflectix, CCF, MLV, carpet.

First option is the cheapest, though I don't mind spending a bit to do it right if it'll make a difference. CLD/CCF/MLV seems to be the standard for sound, not sure how well they do for heat. Not sure if reflectix alone would provide enough isolation between components like the CCF does, or if I added both if I'd start running into fitment issues.

Heat wise, the car runs fairly cool at speed, but warms up quite a bit if I get stuck in traffic. I haven't had it out on any hot days yet, just nice spring weather in the midwest.

All I put down is Reflectix. You might search and read other threads for heat solutions. Tunnel insulation, bell housing foam and sealing up firewall sources are a big bang for the buck also.

I recently purchased new carpet with Jute padding from Al Knoch Interiors.
I asked them what was best to use for heat and sound deadening.
They said there are many good options on the market but they recommend using only one layer of heat/sound deadening material under carpet and not to use thick material as it will make the carpet installation very difficult and not allow the carpet to lay correctly.

What is CLD, CCF, MLV ??

I put down DynaLiner for thermal (heat) insulation/barrier and DynaMat for sound/vibration dampening. I used the DynaLiner up front where there is heat and the DynaMat in a couple places in the back just in spots. The DynaLiner is good stuff - very firm with good adhesive.

CLD - constrained layer damper. Dynamat, and the like. For vibration damping.
CCF - closed cell foam. For an airgap and isolation between CLD and MLV
MLF - Mass Loaded Vinyl. For soundproofing.

From the old SDS archive on sound deadening:

Only buy the carpet from Al Knoch, the other manufacturer Is junk, so are their floor mats. Read every tutorial you can find on carpet installation! Place new carpet in the car left out in the sun all day to make the new carpet payable. Use pointed soldering iron to make all holes. Go slow, really slow, test fit twice, and make small cuts, once you cut to much off you are screwed. The more time you spend on each section will show when you complete the job. Some years have floor plugs and other plugs that are need on the inside fire wall and rear deck wall. Take pictures before you remove the old carpet. Good Luck.
