17"rims setup help?
I just about finished the ext. on my 69 and I'm trying to figure out if I can get 17" rims on on my 69' without any mods. 1 is it possible and 2 what size tires and rim width setup do I need, I really like the TT2's. This is my first time on the forum and so far been really helpful. Any help would be greatl.

17x8 rims wth 4" backspacing will fit with no mods. Just be sure the spokes clear the calipers. TT2's clear.
255/50-17 tires are the same diameter as stock.

The TTII's are the best bet in 17"x8". Just make sure to have them to checked thoroughly, I believe people were having trouble with them being "out of round", and I hope they'll chime in.
