Replace pinion yoke.
But if you need to replace the yoke what is required ? or do you need to torque based on measurements ?
if reusing bearings tighten to used bearing specification i would imagine.
my learnings here with used bearings and seal.

It took vary little torque to place back to the original markings. I don't have a in lb torque wrench yet but I dont feel any play in the yoke and it turns with similar force as before.
I have heard you need about 160ftlbs torque to get the desired 10-15 rotating torque for used bearings.
I know I didn't use 160 ftlbs or torque ???? Something seems off ?
does not sound right i am betting too loose.
i actually bent the holding bracket with a half inch breaker bar..
Used bearings i think are 5-10.
I went slightly past my mark to get 5inch # but failed to measure initially..
has anyone been there before? Maybe not a crush sleeve?

to prevent the diff from moving and used my 1/2 deep socket until I hit the marks. Compared the effort to turn the diff yoke by hand. This diff has 210k km (130k miles). Still the org factory diff the car came with. Other than side yokes still factory original.
Picture before.
picture after.
