When you opened the hole, did you insert a small punch or screwdriver in the hole. If it is like a '72, you have to push something in that hole to get the cylinder to let go.

The only other thing I can think of is that as you push the rod into the hole, turn the keylock slightly clockwise pulling out at the same time. I just can't think of any other way to help you. Sorry.
La seule autre chose à laquelle je peux penser est que lorsque vous poussez la tige dans le trou, tournez légèrement le verrou dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en tirant en même temps. Je ne vois pas d'autre moyen de vous aider. Pardon.
