Re: Crotch Rocket and a Stang (8T1-7T9 BIONIC VETTE)
First off nice kills, nothing like beating a bike (I never have been able too yet)
Secondly with a stall of 3500 how far do your tires spin? Is it helping or hurting your take off with that much stall? I curious because I'm trying to determine how much stall to put on my car.
I always heard that at 2800 you spin so much you it hurts your time.
Tires spin is minimal since MT ET Streets are like slicks.....They hook and grab....I haven't really hard hit the Super Yank 3500 with the MT ET Streets yet....I don't know how far they'll spin if I hard hit....Car leaps forward like it was shot out of a sling shot.....The Super Yank is awesome.....Really comes on strong....I just did another thing with my fuel pressure.....I was running 6 psi with a 870 Hardcore Holley double pumper.....after speaking with a friend he told me I was running lean @ 6 psi....told me to kick it up to 9 psi and check out the difference.....Yep....he was right....It do make me smile :D :seeya Cappy

Good to hear everything coming together for you!!!
I might be able to make it to the tracks on Saturday night. If you guys don't have a preference between Friday or Saturday night, please make it Saturday. I really want to witness the groundshaking as you pound the 1/4 mile. 11 second runs are always fun to watch. :D
Nunus79,
I should have her ready to roll Saturday night....I still need you to set up my timing...also maybe help me install the MSD 6AL box with the soft touch rev limiter.... Please .....Okay Pretty Please :D :seeya Cappy

No problem w/the timing. Just be prepared to make a few runs at different settings. The MSD thing is another story. The track is NOT the place to install one of those. The most difficult part of installing the MSD is mounting the box. I can double check your wiring at the track.
