I put the same spreader bar on my 77, and it was absolutely a noticeable difference. My challenge now is to find a way to put it on my 69, with the big block. I want to use factory clutch fan, as I am not interested in electric fans for the car. And apparently.....there is not alot of room. It is my plan to find a way. Time will tell.

I read that thread when searching for solutions. I think it is a good solution, I just concern myself with moving the fan forward, considering if it would in any way buy additional load or stress on the water pump bearings, and if moving the fan further into the shroud has any unexpected consequences. I may be over thinking it, as its not much of a spacer. ????
I know having electric fans makes this easy.....but I a simply not interested in electric fans, no matter how much better they may be.
