76' L82 Intake Manifold/Timing
I need to replace my intake manifold gasket. What are the recommended torque specs for the manifold. Also, I'd like to make my timing more aggressive. The car is only modified with a true dual exhaust, no cat and all of the smog equipment removed. What is the most aggressive setting I can go without damaging the motor?

Torque in 3-4 steps / sequences.

Then another 30 after heat cycles.
You are not likely to be able to use a torque wrench on eight of the bolts anyway. Just use a box-end wrench and get a "feel" for what is needed.
Obtain a copy of SBC Intake Manifold Torque Sequence off of the internet. Print out a copy and lay it right the carb pad for reference.
