Default Convertible Top Cleaner

My '68 Corvette has its original white convertible top. It's still in very good condition. I clean it using Simple Green and a brush. There are a few stains that I can't budge with the Simple Green. I'd appreciate a recommendation for a stronger product that will not hurt to top.

Thanks.

Find some 303 products. https://www.goldeagle.com/product/30...e-top-cleaner/
And then the Protectant https://www.goldeagle.com/product/30...SAEEgI0FPD_BwE

Good stuff. May find it at Auto Zone.

Default Top cleaner

I used Comet on my 57 convertible and my 62 vette. It took out the stains and kept them white white.

The one I use for my AM tops (same material) is RaggTopp, the pair of a cleaner and protectant like the 303 mentioned above. Been around for a long time, good stuff

I've used brake cleaner to get the stains off the aluminum intake manifold, but would be hesitant on the top. Unfortunately there is no good area to try it out on.

I used Simple Green and a tooth brush on stains and the RAGG TOPP products.

A lot of products work, but use Mr Clean's Magic Eraser. It is almost magic what it can do.

Sort of on the same topic, what is a good product to protect and shine the top that won't run down and streak the car when it gets wet?

Thank you for all your recommendations. Lots to try to see if something can budge some old stains.

This is the Original white top on a 1972 I owned in the past. After trying everything that did no damage, I used a Magic Eraser with a mild soap solution.
