My '68 Corvette has its original white convertible top. It's still in very good condition. I clean it using Simple Green and a brush. There are a few stains that I can't budge with the Simple Green. I'd appreciate a recommendation for a stronger product that will not hurt to top.
The one I use for my AM tops (same material) is RaggTopp, the pair of a cleaner and protectant like the 303 mentioned above. Been around for a long time, good stuff

I've used brake cleaner to get the stains off the aluminum intake manifold, but would be hesitant on the top. Unfortunately there is no good area to try it out on.

non flammable chlorinated brake cleaner is essentially dry cleaning fluid
This is the Original white top on a 1972 I owned in the past. After trying everything that did no damage, I used a Magic Eraser with a mild soap solution.
