Default Wiper motor issue

Of course they will not work. LoL 1971 with wiper door
I've got 13V to the motor through the limit switch on the firewall that keeps the wipers from moving before the door opens. I've got 13 volts to the yellow middle connection on the wiper motor. I've got a good ground at the wiper motor. I can hear the wiper relay in the dash click and I even took it out and energized it with my little bench power supply and it works fine, both the coil and the contacts. I've got a good ground on the wiper switch itself. Got a good ground down to the blower motor.
When I turn on the wipers I'm not getting grounds on the light blue or green wires on the wiper connector which when present should turn them on. I'm still waiting on my new test light (my old one died) which is a little easier than using my multimeter so that's where I've left off.

Question:
Where do the light blue and green wires get their ground. Are both through the relay under the console?

Seems everything is ok and this motor worked before. I have not jumped anything to test it yet though but without the grounds to the wiper connector I think the motor is OK.
I've got a bunch of info on the system I just can't figure out where the grounds for each wire come from.
Thoughts?

This thread has diagrams to help you out. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...or-wiring.html Try doing the Willcox test for the wiper switch itself. I had one go bad before.

Thanks C3 - I have most of that info but the WiIlcox schematic makes it pretty clear. I see one ground to the wiper motor connector is through the console relay and the other is through the switch. I did replace the switch years ago so it might be bad again. Now I have some stuff to look at this weekend.

Make sure your connector on the switch isn't flipped 180 degrees. It is possible, and easy to do.

That was one of the first things I checked. Thanks

For my '67, all of the exterior wiring checks were good to go; wiper motor turned out to have died and needed rebuilt. You can hook test leads directly from a battery to the motor terminals in different orientations to test the motor itself. I believe Wilcox videos show how to bench test them.

Verify that the wiper dash switch/gauge cluster is grounded.
