I am having a leak issue at both lower corners of my windshield. I have the dash out and see water running down on both side it the corners on the interior. I used some "flowable" windshield silicone as well as some black RTV on the outside right under the lip of the windshield in the corners and it made absolutely NO difference. When I spray a hose on the windshield water runs to the inside corners almost free flowing. I want to avoid removing the windshield. What is my next option? Also, when I restored the car many years ago I did extensive repairs on the windshield frame on all four corners. Not to say that it couldn't have deteriorated again, but I would like to exhaust all options before removing the windshield. Below is a picture of when I restored the car about 12 yrs ago.

My question is..... Do I fill in the area circled in red, blue, or both?
Stuff some Strip Calk in there and water test some more to see if that’s your leak. I doubt the water is running uphill under your w/s. And my vote is; don’t use RTV for water leaks. That stuff causes rust to form. W/S urethane is messy to use but there is butyl in tubes to reseal.
