Default Headlight Vacuum Question

I just recently fixed my headlights, replaced vacuum lines, and repaired actuators/valves. So here is the thing... everything works as should. My question stems from the diagram sent with the kit.

1. It says 6 and 7 pass through the same firewall grommet.
2. The diagrams also looks like 3 & 4 go through the fire wall as well.
3. How can all four go through the firewall, I only have 3 holes in the grommet?

I currently have 6 & 4 running through the firewall, with 7 and 3 just outside of the firewall in the engine bay. 3 has a T-connection for AC line on the other end. I get why it goes through the firewall, just not how. If I move 3, I have to move 7 but I don't have another grommet designed for it. I either need a 4-hole grommet or I am missing something.

Originally, before repair, the lines were run the same way I have them now, with the T-connection in the engine bay (AC vacuum hooked up to it running across and underneath distributor. I'm just confused here. Someone help me. Diagram attached...

AFAIK...instructions are wrong. 7 does not go thru firewall. Why would it?
