Hello! I have an 82 that will not fire because there is no fuel getting to the TBs. I pulled the fuel pump and it works when I connect it straight to a battery. When I meter the wires coming from the car going to the pump I am only getting 8.5 volts. When I meter the fuel pump fuse with the key on, I get 0 on both sides of the fuse. I'm pretty sure that is where my problem is but I'm not sure where to go next. I have not dug into the fuel pump relay yet but I believe the power should start at the fuse block, so I think I need to sort that out first.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks! I did find a diagram online and I see what you mean. Since the oil pressure cutoff in not in play until after the engine is running, it's got to be the relay. I'll start there.
