I’ve read the assembly drawings for the t top trim sealants but welcome input on what is recommended for the T trim and chrome side side trim under the t tops.
it doesn’t like a seal is likely under the large chromed t shaped trim as the mating areas are very small. Mine had the black “rope tar” which done absolutely nothing as it didn’t even touch the mating areas in most places.
I was thinking about using aluminum colored silicone on the top screws as water will settle in the screw areas.
Not sure what to say about the sealant, I'd probably go with 3M windoweld in the rope strips as it seals well and yet will come off clean later if needed.
That gap at the front to the windshield trim is what caught my eye though.... is that trim just sitting there? There shouldn't be much of a gap between them

There is a 3/4" bead of #184 (3710409) sealant in the center and foam strips (#12 in second AIM pic) that run from the center post outwards:
