It looks like a 1968-1973 frame from the limited picture. If it has the set up for isolators on the front, then it's a '73 only. If it has no gussets at the rear kick up area it's an earlier '68 frame.

Look at the rusty frame in the OP. Look where the rearmost crossmember joins the frame extending to the front. See that cup like bracket sticking out like a little ear? That's not on the 68 through 73 frames. I have a 68 frame, a 70 frame and a 73 frame. The ear like bracket is not on any. The previous post identifying the frame as a 74 reads like a winner!
yes it is , those two rear extensions come off and your left with what the O P pic shows . I had a 74 parts car , sold the frame to a member on here .
The "ears" on the rear sides of the frame are only on 74 frames, I think they served as guides for the large, cast, impact bumper extensions.

75 and up rubber bumper cars have a completely different rear crossmember with a large hole on each side where the energy absorbing bumper shocks mount.
