'68 Windshield Frame Lower Outer Corner Repair . . .
I have a 68 that has had the lower outer corners repaired with the available patch panels. This is the 73-82 patch that was used for the repair.
68-72 patches are not available ? I plan on doing fab work to weld in the appropriate finish metal to get the proper appearance. I would appreciate any insight on this. What about the hole, I never noticed it on the 73-82 cars. Thanks in advance for any input.

If you scroll down towards the bottom , you can see Yogi Bairs lists the above pictured part (from Corvette Central) as a 68-82 Lower INNER Corner. So we have conflicting data.

I don't think it has ever been produced....and it makes no sense. THis is one of the most common pieces needed. I don't understand either, but I have never seen it available. I think there is one company making these type of components....I believe it CSC or something, I think I talked to the guy a few years ago about it....no good answer.
