Default Coolant leak

I noticed a coolant leak on my SB 408 with a Victor intake manifold and AFR Eliminator heads. The leak is not coming from the thermostat housing as its dry. The leak is on each side of the engine, 2nd bolt from the front of manifold. There is no coolant in the oil either.

What do I need to do to fix this? Thank you call in advance!

Carefully remove both bolt......dry everything off.....and use PTFE pipe sealer on the threads.....then reinstall.

Get yourself a leak detection kit with a UV light and the appropriate dye for coolant. Coolant leaks from the intake manifold can be challenging to track down. Ask me how I know.

Quick related question for the experts: should you try to dry the threaded hole in the head as well? I assume any kind of liquid cleaner would be a no-no as it would weep into the engine internals?

Soak the hell out of a shop rag with a solvent and pinch roll one end small enough to stick in the hole.....thread the rag down a bit....and pull out......
