Sorry, total newbie here. My 75 coupe. all of a sudden the horn, flashers, turn signals, AC, and brake lights dont work. The headlights do however work. I see from the repair manual the fuse panel is under the dash somewhere. Is that where I should get started. And how technically difficult is that? I will take any advice etc. And thank you in advance.

Hey Steven,
Welcome to the forum.
First, my comments are based on my '73. There should be quite a bit of similarity between the two years but there could also be some differences. You may need to get your hands on a wiring diagram for your car if you don't already have one. Here's a source for a free set: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...or-anyone.html
Yes, start with looking at the fuses but those components you listed are not all on the same fuse. You would have to have multiple fuses blown. If you do, that points to a much larger problem.
With the exception of the AC, the wires for all of the components you listed come together at a common connector. That connector is typically called the harmonica connector and should be attached to a clip on the lower steering column. Make sure that connector is firmly together. If that connector turns out to be the problem, then your AC situation is likely a separate issue. The harmonica connector on my '73 used to frequently come loose from the clip and hang down where my feet could get to it. I ended up wire tying the connector to the steering column to keep it from dropping down in harms way.
I suppose its possible you have a bad ground somewhere but I'm not sure all of those components share a common ground as there are multiple grounding points around the car. Since the headlights work, the ground for those as well as the headlight switch seems to be good. Are the headlights working normally? That is, are they as bright as normal or are they dim compared to normal?
Were you working on the car or had you done anything to it immediately before this problem started? A little background info might help the guys on the forum zero in on the issue.
Does your car stay in a garage? All the problems you identified may not be related, could any critters visited your car? Take a close look under the hood to make sure, otherwise checking fuses is a good place to start.
ok back, got the HEI module installed. Installed new plugs wires, cap and rotor. it remains the same, cranks but no spark. I now believe, correct me if I am wrong, it could be the coil? its the only thing i havent changed.
wiring issues seem to be solved. had a loose connection, all work, ac included, however the horn seems to stick on, wont be using that for a while. neighbors dont care for it.
