You're still trying to use a host that only allows access via password/username (read: for YOUR eyes only).
I'm not aware of any free pic-hosting servers, but I'm sure there are a few out there. Try a Google search for "free pic hosting".
Who is your ISP? They should give you 10mb of storage space.
