Brake Master Cylinder Replac
Replacing the brake master cylinder on my 1973 equipped with manual brakes. Removed the old master cylinder earlier this evening and noticed the mounting studs were extremely loose and would turn at times making it difficult to remove the old master cylinder. Looking for advice on installation of the new master cylinder. Will the loose mounting studs pose any problems. Looked under the dash from the interior and the studs appear to be or should be held in place by a thin piece of sheet metal. I can see the studs but don’t see a way to easily access them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
